ACF preservation methods and the use of terms:

1. Unopened of the ACF, storage conditions: -10 ~ 5, after their period of use for the manufacture of six months (at the date of manufacture and storage conditions of validity of the trademark would indicate ACF).

ACF Storage

1)      Store ACF in -10 oC~ 5 oC once your get it.

2)      Put ACF in 22 5 oC about 30 mins before you use it.

3)      Everytime the first 20cm is only for testing machine to keep the same bonding quality.

4)      ACF needs to be back in -10 oC~ 5 oC storage as soon as possible.
